This is when the real work starts! I cannot stress enough the importance of promoting the event to your friends and contacts by email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc., etc., and mouth! Attracting visitors to your venue takes imagination, work and encouragement.

Distributors Needed – If you can help to distribute brochures and put up posters please let us know.
Signage – Clear, enthusiastic signs for your venue attracts visitors, particularly important for artists on their own and it draws in passers by. Balloons, bunting, signs, arrows – ensure you keep it tidy and don’t obstruct or distract traffic.
Promotion – Talk about your event, send emails, invite your Facebook contacts, use social media – advertise, advertise, advertise.
